2K3 TE Floormats

Picked up a 2K3 TE a few weeks ago and I was disappointed when I saw the floormats. The "Maxima" logo is only on the driver side. Nissan states the floor mats have special stiching or something. For my sanity does everyone else's TE have the "Maxima" logo on the driver side only?? If so, don't you think it should be on all 4 mats. Hell, my buddies '99 SE has it on all of them.

Actually, now that I think about it you are right. However, this is just the base SE. Since Nissan says there is something different about the TE mats...it would be nice to see it on at least the front 2.

looking at the Nissan website, I read the TE package to INCLUDE floormats, not that they are special in any way. From the way it looks, they are the standard mats, just now part of the TE package so they need not be purchased as a separate item.

here's something to think about, when i got my Max the floormats had the writing on it and was obviously thicker/fit/looks better.

When my mom got her Max (same config) she had a thinner floormat and no maxima written on it. Fit wasn't as good either.

So i'm thinking the dealership might just be equipping each Max with whatever mats they have available.

As far as I'm concerned, the floormats should be very nice in all trim levels. These mats cost us $80, but we get something worth $25.

Just my opinion...
