2002 Maxima 6 speed Fuel Cut Off/Hesitation

Folks, thanks for all the positive responses !!

I understand most of you don't want to return the car. I am just saying that if we all have each other's information, it will be easier to fight Nissan on this, even if you folks just want to fix it.
I want to fix my car too. But at this point I have lost complete confidence in Nissan. That's why I want a refund through arbitration. I will also consider lemon law, as a last resort.

Just talked to a service director. He told me that Nissan is not going to do anything about this fuel cutoff issue. And yes, folks, it IS a computer software problem. IT IS NOT caused by DRIVE-BY-WIRE. The car computer sometimes send the wrong signal. Also, please don't get this confused with variable timing above 4000 rpm. We are not talking about that here.

The only chance we have is to fight this together.
Fix it, or get refund. The longer we wait, the harder it will be !! Also, this can affect the car resale value. BTW, if this condition affects the car value, isn't it enough so that lemon law applies here ?

If you are interested in sharing info, please send it to maxima_bugs@yahoo.com. Please note that I am
just using your info as reference. If you are interested in arbitration, then let me know.

I will fight NISSAN to the end
