just got powered driver and passenger side seats for my 02SE. they're from a wrecked 02GLE. is it easy (possible?) to get the memory seat module from the 02GLE and put it into the 02SE? Has anyone tried something like this before? what parts would i need?

also, my SE doesn't have auto climate-control. is it difficult to make the switch to auto climate control?

Haven't done this myself so take this for what its worth. There are three concerns I would think, two minor, and one not so minor. First the not so minor, and that is simply the power connections for the seat. You probably checked these out before hand. The two minor issues are the memory seat button wiring (both the switch on the dash and the buttons on the door panel). The last is the heated seats but this might not apply. Good luck.

 

the heated seats are no prob..i've done those before on different makes etc. if it's just a matter of wiring, then there shouldn't be any trouble as long as i have the parts. i dunno if you know, but in a gle, when you open the door, does the seat automatically pull back?
if so, would i be able to get that feature in my SE?
