Molded Dash Kit for 2k2 on EBAY...

Just bought this molded dash kit for my 2002 Maxima. What do you guys think? Good deal or not??? Looks a little shady to me. But we will see once I get the kit.

Oh and also do you guys know if this will fit my 6 speed??? I see an auto gate shifter piece and didnt know if this kit fit. I asked the seller and she said it does but i have a feeling she just wanted to get rid of the thing.

it's not a molded kit. it's a flat kit. but it is real CF. only synthetic CF for molded kit. they make a different kit for a 6 speed.

well, everything will fit except for the center console where the shifter is. better to invest in a kit for manual. several companies online. do a search on google...

difficult to buy separate pieces. price is very good. you get more pieces w/ flat kits, but they don't fit as nicely as molded kits. check woodtrim.com, miratrim.com, customautotrim.com, exoticwooddash.com, bitrim.com, wood-dash.com...to start. there are many more out there.

Thnx MAXRAY you've been of awesome help to me. I think I'm gonna buy the kit on E-bay then ask for the seperate manual shifter piece when I buy the carbon fiber door pillars. hopefully it'll match perfectly with the whole kit.

no prob. good luck. if it's all real CF...it should match perfectly. i have real CF door pillars, but synthetic CF molded dash kit. they don't match perfectly...the synthetic CF is not as nice compared to real CF. synthetic is more of checker board pattern. real CF has the 3D effect. but the molded kit fits around the curves nicely. trade off, i guess.

Hee hee. you should have check the one for 2k1... that auction only went for 61 bucks..... I totally forgot about it... or I would have bid on it... I e-mail that buy before, and he said that he has both manual and automatic.. so e-mail him and check to see if he has manual one for sale.
