I got it last night.....
i picked it up last night and an adventure getting it home... i had my dad drive it back and after a few stalls and mishsifts, he was losing his temper and patience and made me feel like i made a big mistake. Once we got it home, i got in and started driving around my neighborhood.... i guess having a bike really helped cause i was shifting/driving fine... im not great at it, but i only stalled once and that was reversing out of my driveway. Hills suck and i, in turn, suck at them so i didnt drive to work today and got driven in. No need to hold up Lincoln Tunnel traffic cause of me. This car focking rocks though.....
i took some pics, but left the camera at home, DOH.
oh... i became very upset closing the door to my prelude for the last time and walkign away from it. i actually started to tear and my mother wanted to knwo what was wrong..... i almost wanted to call the whole thing off and get my car back..... im sure i will get over my Prelude withdrawal soon... i hope.

Honestly, I loved that Prelude, what a fun car to drive.

You did the right thing, in buying the stick at least. I lay in bed dreaming of how fun the 6 must be. My first car was an '84 subaru (it was 1996 when I bought it, for $350) GL-10 Turbo with a 4 speed stick. I really wish I would have bought the 6 speed this time on the Maxima!!!
...and I knew I was going to be into modding it. I just also new the DC traffic would run me through clutches. Good luck, welcome to the .org

my first car was a 1980 Subaru GL Wagon. I loved that car when I got it.
DC Traffic isnt that bad with a stick. Look at me. I drive 26 miles to work one way on the beltway. I would hate to not have my stick when I want it...
