New 02 6speed

Got it yesterday. Its tungsten blue, 6 speed, bose and roof.
Payed 22500. Love the engine and shifter. Much quicker than 4th gen. Build quality seems better too. Like the trip computer. It seems to pick some road noise from the tires, i guess 17' will do that. One thing I didnt get was the window sticker with the MSRP and add-ons. I am going to ask the dealer to get me one.
This is a great car; hope Nissan keeps making them.

Re: New 02 6speed

you didn't get the original window sticker? It's federal law that it must be on the car when you buy it.

anyway, enjoy (I am). If I had it to do again I'd probably get blue. I hadn't seen one up close until after I bought my grey lustre (which I'm very happy with) but the more I see that blue the more I like it.

handsofstone, you mean like the plunger you keep stucking up your as*? The shifter is fine. It's not the best and it's *FAR* from the worst I've seen.

I can't say it's a good deal till we know what opts. it has. That sticker thing is strange, 2k2wannabe is right about the fed law.

But for all that rubber 22.5k should be a good deal. Yes 17 foot wheels will pick up a good bit of road noise.

Enjoy your new ride!

I'm more concerned with the 4x4 like tire/fender gap. It's going to be real hard lowering that sucker with that 17 foot wheel/tire combo!

Congrats on the new car purchase! Seems like you got a great deal too. Just make sure you get that window sticker, it's Federal Law.
