yeah, dont drop the GT-R emblen there. That is like putting a type-R emblem on your Mustang. We don't drive GT-R Skylines so it just looks like a wanna-be.

I kinda like it empty. It doesnt really need anything up there. Looks nice and clean. I like clean.

Actually I have a Sterling Mist and have purchased a JMS grill. (Newman and I are the first to do so). I had to retrun mine because it got damaged during shipping but when I held it up to my empty grill space it looked good. When I get the new ones back I'll post pics. The holes are only 1/4" so you really cant see to much unless you get right on top of it, but from a few feet away it is fine. On top of that if you end up putting the hamburger on it, it will break it up even a little more.

Ryan,
I checked out some of the pics with the Hamburger photochopped on there, I think that looks great on your car!!! It breaks it up just enough! I'd defiently get yourself one. (Not sure how it look on my Sterling Mist but we'll see...)

Newman, can the grill be inset like what I described in the pictures? Or will it only sit flush with the front fascia?

oh wow. i didnt even realize you had done that. i just thought you added the hamburger.

it might be possible. i think the grill would have to be made a little bit smaller in order to push it back that far. i cant say for sure though. with the template JMS has i dont think it would work. but you could fiddle around with it and make it work im sure.

Is that an option? Would I be able to get 1/2" for the main grill?

Sorry for all of the questions.

You can defiently get 1/2" for the main upper grill. ALSO, when speaking with Jay he mentioned to me (Ryan, Im not sure if he told you this or not) that soon he will be able to obtain the grill amterial in patterns. Meaning instead of diamonds he'll be able to get it in bow ties (for Chevy's), Oval shapes (for Ford's), and possibly the infamous Hamburgers (for Nissans).

Hey Pmmrrd,

Please post pics. I as well have a sterling mist car and I know that center thing in middle might be visible, my buddy tried to make one for me, but the holes were to big. Can't wait to your grill on the s.mist color.

Very Nice . . .

I'm ordering one . . . in silver though . . . I think it would go better with the Tungsten Blue (and silver wheels).

I will also try leaving off the H'burger emblem and attempt to attach the same (as the rear) SE emblem in the lower left (looking at the grille or passenger side) - although these are press on - could be difficult to permanently attach. Ideas???

I think the SE emblem would be a little more subtle and less ricey looking!

Very nice - I like it with the emblem.

Ryan,
my grills are in the mail as we speak. Jay had a slight delay on the 1/4" upper grill so I should get that one next week so Im gonna see how the 1/2" looks (holes maybe to big, but we'll see this weekend).

I defiently like the emblem, my question is, what Nissan did you get it off of??? After looking at some cars in the dealership last week I bought a 2000 Altima trunk emblem. (It was a nice size and it was flat so I assume a flat one will stick on easier). If its not big enough Im gonna return it for a 2003 Xterra trunk emblem which is also flat but a little bigger. The Maxima hamburgers are just to bulky and not flat enough to stick to the grills properly. What do you think???

to tell you the truth, i didnt even think about getting it off of an altima or an exterra. i just got it from a 95-99 Maxima. i would like it to be a little bigger but this will do.
