engine shakes. help please.

Ok, here is the problem.
Sometimes when I drive, the engine begins to shake. It is especially noticeable when you stop the car, and when you start to move. But this problem goes away and comes back. First time this happened about two weeks ago. I had a diagnostic tool hooked up to the car, and it showed that something wrong with Ignition Coil (unfortunately I don’t remember exact phrase or the diagnostic code ;(
I’ve changed all the spark plugs (at 45k they actually looked like they needed a change) and it helped for a week, but the problem still comes back and goes away. I’ve even measure the resistance of each coil to find out which one is the bad one, but they all are pretty much the same. It seems like the problem is somewhere else with a bad wire or something, but I can’t figure it out. I don’t want to go to the dealer, cause all they going to do is charge me $80 for diagnostics and replace all ignition coils for $60 each + labor.
Has anyone here experienced the similar problem? Any ideas? Please help.

Look for a coil TSB

Look in the 5th Gen FAQ sections for the Coil TSB. I had it done. Same thing, accept mine would ping under acceleration too.
