Question about Flow Intake

Hey all,

Is my first time posting in this forum, so don't flame me if i sound like I have no idea what i'am talking about. I was thinking about installing an Intake for my 2000 Max SE, and was wondering which brand i should be getting (i heard Stillen HI Flow Intake was good). And also is there any How-to on installing one. This will "first" real mod in my car (besides tints, and visor). Any help or ideas from you guys are greatly appreiated.
