radio trouble

I seem to be having some intermittant trouble with the CD in the stereo.
Anything that plays, radio or tape will play on both sides of the car with no problem. When a CD is inserted, then the CD does not play on the driver side of the car. It has worked before but seems to but in/out randomly.
Any ideas?

take it to the dealer, i know the headunit for 2k2 is having alot of problems. Mine hu just got replaced less than a week ago, and I waited 9+ weeks for it

I'm guessing the wires came loose for the cdplayer on the back of the headunit. I'm sure nissan will give you some BS but eventually it will get fixed.
