After market Headlights on a 2K maxima

I purchased these after market headlights for my 2k maxima, I installed them and they look great. I'm just wondering if these headlights will fry my wiring harnesses, the ad says that they won't but you gotta take that with a grain of salt. Any comments would be appreciatted.

well, you are replacing 60/55watt bulbs with 110/90.. they may last a few weeks to a month, then you'll have a melted harness.

Is there something that I can do to prevent that from happening?
