LOOK INSIDEfor part# to rid yourself of wind noise...
I had terrible wind noise coming from the rear driver-side window on my 2k2 Max. Here is the PART# I had to wait for:
qty. 2
PART# 80338.2W100 (as far as I can read from the stupid handwriting)
descrition: TAPE
C/S NY
Loc. 67N
After the dealer installed the part, the wind noise was completely eliminated.
Enjoy,
G

You think they would order the part and let you do it yourself?

I noticed that the noise was coming from the little metal bracket in the rear window frame (that piece that between the moving window & the small static window)
If I push hard on the inside, the noise goes away. It's about an hour's worth of work at the dealer. I dunno if you can do it yourself, cause I don't know exactly where the tape goes.
I posted this so you can show the dealer the part#, if they claim they can't fix it for you. But if the noise is coming from somewhere else... good luck!
What's this I hear about the 2k3 Maximas & their "TRIPLE-SEALED" doors? Are the door seals different than the older Maximas?... or is this another Nissan BS marketing scheme?
