Me and my Dealer
I think my dealer hates the sight of me. The SM and I joke somewhat together, but I am known as someone who wants a close to perfect car. The one technician told me that the Max is "not a Rolls Royce". I bring to their attention TSB's other customers have never heard of. (probably the Dealer niether). I hate leaving my car there, but at times I have to. Trouble is I want the Max features with Infiniti service. (at least what I imagine Infiniti service to be.)
I cannot relax going to my Dealer. Any of you have the same torment?

I view the Nissan service department I attend to be somewhat lackadaisical in general. They appear to be there only to perform a service. They are casual.
I am very detailed in nature and it bothers me that a service department exists only to "fill a void". I don't care if I am going to the Nissan dealership or McDonald's: I want to be treated right. Well, scratch the McDonald's reference.
It seems there is a different type of service personnel in different environments, in that if you are servicing Infiniti's, there is an attitude, if you are servicing Lexus', there is attitude, and if you are servicing Maxima's, there is, yet, another attitude. It is all about attitude. You can pick up garbage for a living but it does not mean you have to be a trashy person.
There should be no difference in level of service at any given dealership, regardless of whether or not the employees are wearing a casual shirt versus wearing a shirt with a tie.
