Tokiko's Installed/First Impressions

Had the full set of Tokiko's installed yesterday and so far the ride is nice. It does not seem to be rough like most people were mentioning and I think they match well with my Maxspeeds. The bad part is I am taking 3 of my managers to Vegas on Friday and I am wondering what the ride is going to feel like with all of them in the car.

The funny thing was, my stock struts were so blown I could fully compress the shock with my bare hands.

Final thought, My stockers were so blown that anything is an improvement. I think I just need the FSTB and RSB to complete the suspension.

you think your stock shocks were blown due to the springs???

I don't know, it would be hard to distinguish. The car has 28k miles on it and I put the springs on with about 22k. I hit a big pothole a couple of weeks ago and that when I started to notice the problem.

The Maxspeeds are a very conservative drop, so I don't know if they caused the struts to go.

I'd DEFINITELY do the RSB. Read my other post on my review.

BTW, how did the hail damage turn out?

Uh, so so. I mean from a couple feet back it looks fine, but if you really look the clearcoat is wavey on the car. Best part was, they filled my front bumper license plate holes, and I got the entire bumper filled and painted.

Did they use the "paintless dent removal" method?

Or bondo/paint method?

I forget, which you said.
