Need opinions on this.

I'm going to be buying a maxima soon, because I have someone who is really interested in my 2k2 civic. So, I think Ill be getting the silverstone (polished titanuim). Should I jump on this offer? http://www.nissan.ca/en/buying/speci...bertaSouth.pdf or should I wait?

and is the undercoat and paintprotection stuff worth it? for 800$cdn

"no interest no payments for 90 days" or "your 1st lease payment on us" kinda weird if you ask me, btw would it be too early to order the .org stickers?

thx

That isn't a bad price. I'm not sure about the paint protection, but you might want it, because 5th gen pain historically sucks. You can buy stickers anytime.

Tell them you'll pay $500 for the UnderCoating and PaintSealant. They'll take it.I used to work at a Dealer doing that stuff. They buy that stuff for almost nothing and sell it for ALOT

The extra paint crap is not worth it at all. Just a way for a dealer to rip you off. Besides how much better could it make Nissan's crappy paint?

My 03 SE is my third Maxima and all came with free 'undercoat' so don't recommend to pay for it. Only if the dealer can show another new Maxima without this 'undercoat' and you can see a clear difference between the two vehicles.

the undercoat crap is a way for the dealer to make $. i know because im friends with the owner of the dealership of where i got my 2k2 and he told me that when they negotiate a "good price" with the customer, they tack on the undercoat bs to make up for the "negotiating".

You can have that stuff done at any Ziebarts for considerably less.

$800CDN is way too much!!

-You live in Alberta, cars don't rust here--don't get the protection package
-They sand (gravel) the roads , get 3M protective film for the front of the car, ~$250
-The best rate I saw last year was 2.8% for 48 months, so this is as good as it gets.

Get the car
