The 2000 Bose stereo w/ single CD and tape is completely compatable with the OEM 6 CD changer. Highly unlikely that the Bose stereo was changed for the 2001 model, but you would be best to check with Courtsey Nissan to verify that the stereo was not changed. Unless your dealer can beat Courtsey's price (unlikely), get it from them. Installtion will only take about two hours.
