To quote Vincent Cega (John Travolta) from Pulp Fiction. "It would almost be worth it to let him do it again just to catch him doin' it." A couple of years ago my 99 SE was parked at the train station (last time I ever did this) and the took the wheels off the drivers side only and left the car on a cinder block. The fact is that the maxima has many features of more expensive cars. Sunce it is more affordable, there are more of them. People who own this car tend to park it in places that you will not find $50,000 BMW's or Mercedes'. That's why they get messed with. Sad but true.

I know the real bad guys aren't watching the news to get tips and tricks of the trade. What about the wannabe's that are sittin' on the couch wondering what to do tonite? I mean they reported exactly what car to attack and how to do it.
We have enough problems in this country. I think that news report is criminal and somebody needs to let them know it.

Besides Tim's bolts, I think it would be helpful if Nissan came up with a "sure-fire" way to lock down our HID's. Not that they were mentioned, but it was said that "some" car manufacturers are looking into alarms that will still go off, even after the main wires have been cut.
