hids

its probably a stupid question but i will ask anyways. with all the hids being stolen what are they doing with the hids? most of the guys are breaking the brackets. can you put the bulb and ballast into another car or something?

They are prob. selling them with HID kits, and yes the bulbs are interchangable with other HID setups...

(correct me if I am wrong).

so theres no other reason behind this mess? can they fit into a light assembly for a fourth gen?? or 3rd gen?

Well it can be retrofitted to other cars. The bulb is a standard D2R bulb. In order to get it to fit a 4th or 5th gen, you would need to make a custom ring for it to seat correctly on the 9004 or H4 socket. Too much work in my opinion.

Only issue in the wiring is that when you attempt to sell this as a kit, it is kinda difficult when you got plugs coming off the ballast that no one is going to have wires for it except Nissan.

Really I got no clue what these guys are doing with them. Too much hassle to go through to steal it and get it on your own car if you the theif. They probbaly snorting them or something.
