I changed the light on my ignition from green to blue. But after I did that it won't turn off. So after I changed the bulb back and it won't turn on anymore. I even bought a new OEM bulb from Pep Boys thinking it might have blown out. But it still doesn't work. I even checked all the fuses. I hate going the the dealer.

There is evidence that I messed with it cuz there was a green plastic cover on the stock bulb to give it the green color. I took to off so that I could see the filament to see whether it was blown out or not. Now there's just a clear bulb in there. Maybe I could say that it was always a clear color.

repeat: umm... the bulb must have overheated and melted the green cover completely off.
