Jump Starting 98 GLE

I am the new proud owner of a used 98 GLE and love it. I live in the colder climate of Alberta. The need to jump start a dead car is a real possibility.

Do I need to worry about burning out electronics while jump starting another car or vise versa?

Assume the connections are done correctly.

If done properly, there should be no real concern.

Did you post this in the 4th Gen forum as well?
