Question about rim,tire,spring set up?

Hey guys, I was thinking of going with a Setup of 18x8 Mille Miglia Evo5, with 235/40WR18 Dunlop SP, and Maxspeed springs on stock shocks ans struts. Is this a good setup? How do you think it would look.Like i want to get the right tire size for the rim and thats what Tire Rack suggested, if anybody has any info or could help me that would be great. Thanks

You will definately get some people telling you to use the "search" function.
However I will tell you that all those suspension and tire upgrade that you will be doing, I will highly consider updrading the struts also.

I have a simular step-up right now. I have 235/40/18ZR Nittos on H&R springs and stock struts/shocks. You can go with a wider tire depending on the width of your rim but 235 is fine and cheaper to maintain. Having springs on stock stuts are okay but they will wear quicker and the ride will be bouncey and it will get worst over time. I have had my H&R on stock struts for 10K miles and I am about to replace them. I can feel them getting bouncier than before.

I can fit 2 tight fingers in the rear and 3 ight fingers in the front but overall now that the car has settled the drop looks even from a distance.
