Well, I'm going to be making an appointment with the local tint shop for my car pretty soon. For those of you who have always wanted the lexus-like headlight/foglight(HIDs w/ yellow fogs) do you think getting your fogs tinted is a good idea? Is it even possible? Will it do the trick?

 

all i can tell u is that the yellow bulbs like the hella yellowstars or the pia ion bulbs suck... they dont look anything like the lexus type bulbs... but also if u tint it u gonna color the glass yellow basically... it wont look that good when they are off during the day... i was thinking about this for a while... i want to see if they sell colored yellow covers that u can put over the bulbs... and another idea i had was to buy the little pia foglights... u know those small black ones... and they make a bright yellow light like the lexus.. and to cut out the back of the foglight and to just put it in the stock assembly... if u look at a lot of those yellow fogs they have like a seperate unit inside the foglight enclosure... well we'll see what happends...
