Valve chatter/noises at idle in my 2k3

Strangely, i had the car for 2 days... Installed the Frankencar intake on yesterday.

I noticed that the engine is making lots of racket at idle, almost like valve chatter or something, i only have 200kms on the car.

I don't remember my 2k2 making this much noise. Is this normal?

Honestly, I noticed the same thing when I went from 2K2 to 2K3. The engine doesn't seem to run as smoother either. I don't know what to make of it. Keep in mind these cars are now assembled in the US. Sometimes I wonder if this is a bad thing.

I thought the 5th Gens were the last ones to be built and assembled in Japan; with the 6th Gens being made here? Did something change?

Too late, he already started . As far as that chitty/chatter you talking about. I've never experienced this. *knock on wood* and I've only owned my 2K3 for about 5 months. At idle my car is pretty much quiet.
