Computer guys, what's up with this?

Sorry guys, don't know much about our ECU but from what I've read there is nothing out for the fifth gens. I came across this in the 350z forum. Is this something we could use?

I would be curious if this is an entire ECU upgrade. Manufacturers use crypto (encryption keys) to flash the ECU BIOS...wonder if they have the crypto to make this happen.
