I had taken my car to the dealer on Wednesday for the clutch TSB and I just got it back Friday afternoon. They provided me with a loaner for the few days that they were going to have the my car. The loaner was 20 dollars a day. It was better than nothing.
The service manager kept me updated every step of the way. It may have taken a little longer than I thought but I was more interested with the final results than how fast they completed the job.
When I picked up the car, the service manager was there and he completed all of the paperwork. He was appreciative of the fact that I gave him plenty of time to perform the work. As a result of this, he only charged me 20 dollars for the 3 days I had his loaner. I drove it about 250 miles over the 3 days. He could have easily charged me 60 dollars but he didn't.
This is my third time I have taken my car to this dealer for service and I have been extremely satisfied with the level of service each time.

Good job. No mercy for Fords Though I find it extremely hard to put 250 miles on my car in a week, much less in 3 days...
