Fearing the future!

I have bought new tires,235/45/17 Nitto 555's. I have balanced and rotated on several occassions. I still have an odd vibration coming from the right front. Possibly a suspention issue? I used search and found discussions with no conclusions &/or TSB links or results fron dealer repairs. Please help! I do not want to go see SATAN, oh I mean my friendly local Nissan mechanic. I paid $2000 for the extended Bump-Bump warranty and am not sure what to expect. I own An 01 SE. Thanks for any help.

Not sure. Could it be an issue with out-of-spec tires?

Swap the wheels around to see if the vib follows the wheel or the corner.

It can salso be a poor mounting job.

I switched the back for the front on that side. No effect at all. I had the new tires mounted today. They were what I hoped would solve the vibration. The vibration was present before the tire swap. Any other suggestions?

I guess my biggest fear is dealing with the service dept. How do I check for possible damage or defect on the tie rod?

Most of my apprehension is not only past experiences but also they just declined Warranty work on the "brake jutter" due to my 36720 milage. I love this car! I hate there poor warranty issues.

if it shakes while braking, its probably a warped rotor... i think thats what gouku is trying to say...meaning ur brake rotors aren't striaght, making the car vibrate during braking.....have your rotors cheacked b4 u go waste more money on getting another alignment

I definitly do experience the brake "jutter" while braking. Especially after the brakes get nice and warm. The vibration is not noticable under braking. It is very random and occurs at varying speeds. Will the rotors being slightly warped cause this? I apologize for not adding that info at the beggining of the post. I got in touch with another org member in Tampa, he said to try an allignment, due to a possible mess up on the first one. Can the allignment shop make a mistake such as this? I am very new at paying attention to my car. I will get better as time goes. A learning process if you will. Thankyou all for helping me until I can be the "helper"! Chris
