does anyone here know how to write katakana or other japanese characters? , i'm trying to have custom graphics made.

Download the JWP program. JWP is a freeware Japanese word processor, available free to anyone under the terms of the GNU General Public License. It will convert english to Katakana then to Kanji. Need to read the instructions for installation since it using the old windows based OS system but it works on WinXP just fine.

I've used this over the years, and still do, for my children's names. Especially helpful if you want to know what a word means in Japanese. Amazing what you can find using Google....
