Nice job...I don't think that many BMW guys would have the stones to tackle a wayward thief (though Clive Owen might). Hell there are many Maxima guys that wouldn't (present company excluded of course...no get away from me with your tasers and red-hot coat-hangers).

That said, I would have trussed up the guy then taken him for a little ride (fast) that would end out in the country, blind him, gag him, then leave him. Make him think about his transgressions. Come back like a half an hour later, then take him to the Po-lice.
