Thanks the replies. I was wondering if I'll have any engine damage from driving around with defective engine coils (I'm assuming it's that. My SES light came on today after getting my rear brake pads replaced). I don't have the time to go into the dealer anytime soon.

Misfire, rough idle, slow revs, SES light blinking and/or solid on.
You'll know - it will feel like a spark plug wire came loose.

I'd recommend that you not stress your engine until you can get your coils replaced. Avoid such things as accelerating under WOT, carrying heavy loads, driving up Pike's Peak, etc. Also, run high test gasoline exclusively . . . preferably Chevron Supreme with Techron. If you're already doing that, spike your gasoline with Techron Concentrate. It's the only gas additive that's unofficially approved by Nissan. And it will help.
