Break pads a squeaking.. What should I get and where?

swapped snows
Swapped out my snow tires today and I got an opportunity to check out my brake pads.. and they look fine?? Is that possible after 40k??? I dunno maybe I'm just not a good judge of break pads! 
I couldn't wait to get my snow tires off. Even if my Stock Potenzacraps are bald.. I've got Falken's on the way... If I don't like em I'm going to sell them to a friend and get the mich pilots...
