Hey Guys, What Is Up.

Hey guys, know i haven't been around a lot lately been focusing on my day job because i just got a promotion, and then frankencar. We are working on a lot of stuff right now, i'll announce it all as we get closer to completion.
But enough with that, what's been happening, how's it been. i haven't talked to you guys in a while. What's new what have i missed.
I did get my tranny replaced under warranty and the car is so much better now, but... i am gettnig rid of her FOR REAL. as is. i will be posting it for sale soon, just gotta clean all the winter grime up, get the rims back on and wax her again, i just did the weather finally broke up here in MA. I put a deposit on, you guessed it, a 2003 Infiniti G-35 Coupe 6-spd, PULL ME OVER-Red with Willow leather, premium package and aero package. I had to order it since i couldn't get a red with tan leather anywhere.
so that's the scoop, let's hear what's up with you guys. i miss you all

Welcome back

Sorry to hear you're leaving the Maxima family but glad you'll be staying with the VQ family. Great choice on the G35 coupe. I would pick the same. I like them better than the 350Z. Of course the 350Z has much bettter aftermarket support but that never slowed you down. Congrats on the new purchase.

Joe

What up, Steve? You have been missed as well, dude.

I thought you said you would buy something "slower" next time cause you are a cray-Z driver! Oh well, so much for "playing it safe"

And you picked the absolute worst color for speeding tickets! Better start selling some more intakes! (what ever happened to the cat-backs?)

Later,
G

Steve, your mail box is full so I'll ask here.

When are you shipping my coupler and clamps?

The failures, from what i've seen are when any intake system is installed. the frankencar intake just happens to be the intake of majority for the people of maxima.org(and for that i thank you all). the design of the MAF is just horrible on nissan's part, i'm looking for a third party company to make a much better(longer lasting) sensor the 02-03 maximas. what i can tell you is that the 00-01 MAF Sensor piece that is only 80 dollars can be used on a 2002-2003 and that sensor unit appears to hold up much better.

So you finally came to your senses eh? The G35c is a much better choice than that slow **** X5 you wanted.

ya but it would have slowed me down, but lately i've actually been toning it down some. i still have the occasional relapse but i actually stay within 10 of the speed limit usually now, alright well 15 sometimes lol. it's just time for something new, i had my fun with the max, learned A LOT doing all the work and i'm ready for the next step in my life and to pass my car along to it's next lucky owner. i hope to sell it as it to a true enthusiast that will appreciate all the time and sweat and tears i've poured into her.

Hey Steve, are you sure you want a G35C? How about the new Infiniti FX45? I love the way it looks.
