Looking for 2k2 tail lights

I have a 2000 SE, but I like the look of the 2k2 tail lights. Does anyone know where I could find some cheaper than the dealer price of $261.40/pair.

Also, can anyone advice whether this will be a perfect fit? Or should I not do this mod?

My g/f's 2000 GXE had the old, boring red tail lights. I was able to pick up a couple of the silver SE lights (2k2+) that you mentioned on EBay. I paid about $50 each (+ shipping). Then you buy the hardware kit from the dealer for about $20 each.

The installation is a perfect fit... and the mod looks great!
