MAF question

I just had my MAF replaced at the dealer for a TSB. I had a crappy cone on there when it blew. It is now back to stock. I'm wondering what the likelyhood is that I blow another one if I put a stillen cone with the frankencar piping. Do they replace the defective MAF with a different one less prone to breaking? in other words... the TSB is for cali-spec vehicles, do they replace it with a fed-spec MAF?

They are supposed to replace it with a newer version that is less prone to break, but I cant gaurantee anything on the MAF not breaking, some have no issues, some have broken 4-5 of them.

tell them to replace it with the new one...I think its 22680-AM600....that has no problems with the stillen intake..I have it..no problems and I always try to hit WOT at least once a day!
