2k3 fog light install question

I have new bulbs to install but am not sure how to remove old ones. Do I have to start from the back or does the lens come out towards the front?
Thanks for the help
Adam

I got a little frustrated so a buddy of mines did it. SO I really don't know what he did.
But now that I think of it; it not that hard to do. Once one side is done the second side is a piece of cake.
