Once again I have to disargee. While the hood lock is not the end-all solution to the problem of dirtball thieves stealing our HIDs its another deterrent to make it a little harder from them to steal. That in combination with a quality alarm is a good deterrent. Then again, if no good punks want it bad enough they're gonna get them no matter what. I just feel for you NY/NJ guys who have to worry about getting your $hit jacked all the time. 2cents.

I've seen threads about this before. IMO...this wouldn't be much of a help and might actually cause more damage. If they can't pop them out easily, they're going to come back with a crow bar and then you're really screwed. Just my 2 cents.

I'm thinking about getting a good alarm for my 2k3 for this very reason.
