How much for installation?

Hey guys, just wanna know how much you guys paid for installation for suspension parts. I'm getting springs and struts soon. This guy quoted me 150 with alignment. Some other guy offered 50 but no alignment. I wish I could do this myself.. save me bunch of money...

1. What is a decent price range?
2. Anyone in ATL give help me out for the price of lunch?
3. THX for all the replies..

Wow, 150 with alignment. I put them on myself then payed 75 for the alignment. Pretty good if you ask me, but I wanted to do it myself for the learning experience.

150 still seems high for me. The springs costs me 92. The installation costs me more. How hard is it to do it yourself? Any one got "installation how-to'" for springs? Can anyone give me a link?

When I was calling around to some local shops this one place wanted to charge me $500 just to install the springs!!! It was another $150 to get 4 wheels and tires mounted and balanced and alligned! They said that they have a book that tells them the spring job is 6+ hours. I told them it wasn't and they said because the book says it is they must charge me that price. I told them I will think about and then threw away their phone number as fast as possible!!

Your ride looks TIGHT... love the wheels and love the black outed HIDS.. VERY NICE..

I just got my car back today from the shop that a good family friend works at. I had the AE KIT painted and installed. They really messed it up bad. The kit was on crooked. I was very upset!!!
So i decided to take it apart and do it myself and corrected everything. It took like 5 hrs but it was definitely worth it. Im just upset that i paid 100 dallors for a bad installation

I'm in the same boat as you. Looking for installation for springs in Atlanta area. I'll hopefully find a place by the time the Maxspeeds ship. Let me know what you find.

You guys need to check out the Southeast forum. There are several guys who have listed their contact information and are willing to help other people out with mods.

My first mod to my 2K was the Stillen Intake. I bought it at Stillen and I looked into getting the Eibach springs with Tokiko blue combination they sell. They quoted me a price of $900 for springs, shocks, and install out the door. I asked how much for just the springs and shocks? They said, "$400 and $500 for install." I turned my back and walked out. Just damn ridiculous....I can't believe any numbnut person would pay that much.
