So, exactly what is a "CatBack" Exhaust system?

Please, pardon my ignorance on this, but, I assume, as the name implies, a CatBack Exhuast System would be all aftermarket pipes behind the Catalitic Convertor?, if so, what all is involved with that. I have heard a lot of talk about the "Greddy Cat Back", but, what constitutes the system, is it only the Y and B pipes?, and, if so, would the Budget Y and B pipes be considered a "Cat Back" system?, or, am I missing something?

Thnaks in advance.

cat back - anything after the cat. (b pipe and muffler) Y pipe is not part of the greddy cat-back system.

B pipe, muffler, and (if you need/have it) - resonator.
