Can anyone please direct me to where I can get help with my sunroof. It opens by itself.
I have a 2003 Maxima SE. I took it to the dealership, they went through diagnostics, but can't find anything wrong with it. It is never the same factors taking place so I can't pinpoint it to any one trigger. Please help. Thanks.

 

its probably possessed.. nothing we can do to help.. sorry... j/k... hehe...

 

apparently this happened to a number of people with 2002s but you're the first 2003 ive seen with the problem. i think nissan released a TSB for the sunroof problem. look around on yahoo or google to see if you can find it. or maybe another member will be able to help you out.

BTW, wouldn't it be nice if the sunroof would close by itself when arming the security system or if it detects rain?

 

install a good aftermarket alarm and you can get any option , even that on. I recom. viper
