umm i just installed an inline convertor so i can put a pair of subs to my stock bose system..all i did was put that in nothin else. just had to tap some wires for the rear speakers and amp remote. once i put evertyhign back the cd changer started makin noises like its ejected and loading now when i press the cd button on the stock hu nothin happens... i prss eject nothin... is it the 5th generation radio screw up or did i screw up with the convertor.

 

the Bose radio needs a special PAC adapter to be able to handle anything aftermarket, whether HU, speakers, amps...

you prolly blew some stuff.....thats bad bro!

 

oh pooo...those guys at best buy said itll be ok and so did some guy on the forum here....the thing is i didnt even hook up an amp to it yet...just put the convertor on nothin else...so will nissan give me a ne headunit?..i did get the extended warranty and i just had my reardecked checked out for rattlin and they put in soem noise supressors on it.

 

oh my.... the guys at best buy said the same to me...I laughed at him and drove my car out the garage and proceeded to the front of the building where I returned the HU and got my refund...

thats bad for biz bro!! remove everything u did, and bring to nissan playing REAL stupid!
