Front end noise?

My 2000 GXE with 100,000 miles is making a ka-tink ka-tink ka-tink noise that speeds up and slows down based on the speed I'm going when I go around tight right hand turns. It doesn't sound like a clicking CV or a grinding / wobbling worn out wheel bearing to me but... Any other ideas as to what it could be?

I didn't realize the search feature is available again. Do you guys think that this post describes the problem that I'm having?
