clutch noise
Does anyone know what this may be?
whenever i'm starting in 1st the clutch squeals until it's fully engaged. i've never had a clutch do that to me before. i hope that i don't need a new one. i don't have the money to drop on a new clutch right now. i wanted to buy a new clutch when i got a lightened flywheel, not now!

There is a TSB out for the 2k2 + cars for the clutch noise, and yours sounds like it is about the same. but to my knowledge I don't know about any clutch issues with the 2k. My car is at nissan right now for the clutch TSB. If your problem is the same as mine then nissan will replace it for free if you are under warranty, if you are not under warranty then don't worry about it and just replace the clutch when you get YOUR flywheel. This will not cause any damage it is just two materials that don't "agree". But of course I am telling you things that are related to my 2k2, your 2k could be completely different. Hope this helps.
