What do you guys think about the NT555 Extremes. I looked under the search... but no real good answers. I got 235/40-18's and so far so good, I had Dunlop W10's before that. I was going to get Pirelli P7000, but got a great deal on the Nitto's.

Well, they promote the heck out of them. On all car mags is eassy to find their ads. That's all I know.

How about you giving us your opinion so far. How long have you had them? Have you driven them in the rain? How about noise? Do you feel them gripping in the conners? How do they compare to your previous tire set? Would U buy them again?

As for the P7000 I've heard that they're over rated. Other brands can be had for lesser price with same or better performance.

Thanks.

so far so good

I have not driven in the rain with them, then again I don't push my tires to the limits when it's raining (bad previous experience with Goodyears). On a scale of 1-10

Dry Cornering 7
dry Braking 6
Wet Cornering ?
Wet Braking ?
Noise 5 (acceptable)
looks 8
Prestige 2
Tread wear ? (300QTG)

I've had mine for a bit over a year & a half (235/45/17). They're a little rougher riding than I'd like, but overall I like them, and they're holding up fine.
