Code P1320 question
I have a 2000 SE and am about to go back to the dealership for the third time for the same thing. I purchsed the car used from the dealer a little over a yr ago with 30K miles on it, it now has 49K.
The CEL just came on, AGAIN, so I had Autozone pull the codes. P1320, just as I suspected. This is the third time in less than a year and the second time in two months. The last time I brought it in they told me they replaced all the ignition coils.
Is this car a lemon or what? The car generally runs pretty well and I was considering trading it in on an 04' but...
Anyone have any ideas on what I should do?
The dealership is Middletown Nissan, Middletown NY.
Thanks,
Goss

1) Ask for the old transcripts/receipts - make sure he did replace them all.
2) Replace them yourself. ($50 each)
3) NYS has a lemon law = if the same problem needs to be addressed within the same year, its a lemon.
