Changing Antifreeze?

How difficult is it to change the antifreeze? Is it the same as my old Max. All I had to do is turn the drain **** to release the coolant. Live in dirty south and it's damn hot. Would definately prolong life of car changing it every other year.

Yeap, just did this last week. I turned the ratio down to 70% water to 30% coolant. I live in ATL and need the better heat dispation. Its still the same, remove the drain plug located on the passenger side of the bottom of the radiator. Then fill back up. It will probably get 6qts out, the other 2 is still in the block, unless you remove the block radiator plugs, you wont get that coolant out, those plugs are not the easiest to get to either, one is in the front, the other is in the back of the engine near the top.

Thanks for the info. This maintenance is a must for the new orleans area. It gets so freakin' hot and it'll definately keep engine coolant flowing smooth. Not worried that much about the other coolant in the block.
