Aloha guys! Posting from the 808 State (HI).

Did a search, but no one posted anything on the Street Scene Grille for 00 and 01 Maximas. Know anyone who has this grille. I'm concerned about the installation. If you go to the Street Scene website and download the installation instructions pdf, it says that you have to remove the front facia and cut out the center grille leaving the perimeter. As much as possible I don't want to cut anything. Got any ideas?

BTW, finally installing clear side markers. Will do more mods once there's more money! Heehe!

Hey Kpazzo6. Thanks for the info. I totally forgot about your page. Should have bookmarked it. I remember visiting your site couple of months ago. As for the sticky, I missed it completely.

I think I'm going to do it your way. Like I said, I don't want to cut anything. I'm going to paint the grille black. It will contrast better since I have a silver Max. Also, hopefully I won't have to remove the aero kit. I got a 20thAE. Gotta check if the kit covers the screws on the bottom.

not made bro....the 02-03 only has my trenz grill or grill tech's grill...

 

How much are those grills...
I went on the web site and there was not any price...

 

I have both the upper and lower grille pieces from grille tech. I think They were around $120 shipped. Not too bad. THe grille offered from douth west was almost $200 IIRC, and wasnt the looke i wanted. (no offense NT2SHBBY)

 

none taken...I too don't think it was worth $200 nor would I have paid that....my girl bought it for me

You can also find the Street scene grille at stillen.com. It might be cheaper elsewhere.

I ordered the lower grille from Grille tech. They don't have the upper for 00-01 models.

I'm still going to get the Street scene grille. Just have to find some place cheap.
