Here's how mine looked... when i posted about it then the responses i got was that it was normal and is nothing to worry about.
So far i've had no problems or weird noises coming from them.

It's not normal. My 95 Max did the same thing. I fixed it by lifting the car enough to extent the spring. At that point, more of the spring is off the base plate and you can clean both the spring and rubber isolator. Use soap and water then brake cleaner on both spring and rubber islator. Make sure both are CLEAN. Go out and find a glue made by GOOP called "HOUSEHOLD contact adhesive & sealant" The glue is great stuff. It is extreamly strong and will flex with the springs. Apply the glue to the islator then use several small tie-straps to hold the islator to the spring while the glue dries over night. I did this fix three years ago and the isolators are still in place. Good luck.

not a big deal, just lift the spring like above and glue your rubber back on. I would go to the dealer if still under warranty.
if you go with aftermarket springs, most of them do not come with this piece and you will have to reuse.

I had similar thing happen on my 95 Max and it was fine. Never made any noises.
Now what I noticed that I have on my 2002 Max the other day, is that Upper Spring Rubber Seat is not sitting correctly on the spring. It only like that on driver side. Should I worry about it?
Also, that problem that was shown in the pics above both sides look fine on my car.
