got a 2k2 6spd

Hi all.
well after all the research for the previous 4 months regarding cars as some of u remember i was going for a 2k1 maxima auto that was a rental...but after all the horror stories i thought that ill just let it go...then i was gonna go for a new mazda 6 but in the end only the maxima can satisfy me. i finally got it a 2002 SE maxima 6 speed with 20k miles on it for 17995. every option but leather and the heated stuff. Hells yea!

time for the mods

ignore the dudes on here that will tell you you paid too much. it doesn't matter if you paid five dollars plus a biggie fry....someone on here will tell you you could have negotiated a better deal.

have fun, and welcome to the club. (ps: this place can get addicting)

hehe im not too worried about the price, considering this was the only maxima stick with such low milage in 100 mile radius around my house, and there were (i believe) 4 more ppl that we willing to pay 19 if not 20k for that car...lol

thx guys for the welcome, lol i already bought the side markers and this weekend tints!!!

I think you did well on price. I love my 2k2 6 speed. Great performance but also suprised me with great fuel mileage. I get a true 30+ mpg on the hwy at 70 mph (testign it the old fashioned way). Not bad for 240-255 hp (whatever the heII it is).

Got to love the Midwest. We get into the 100s in the summer, we get the humdity, we get hail, we get violent T-storms, we deathly cold in the winter, blah blah blah.....I hate the Midwest.

Last week we got hail in Kansas City for the EIGHTH time this year. The past couple of times it looked as if it snowed in my yard.
