does anyone here have their sidemarkers tinted? i have a black 2k3 max.. with clear side markers.. but i'm trying to see how it would look if i tinted the side markers a little bit... so that it blends in with the car a little... i already have the tint spray that i plan on using... just wanna get a general idea of how it looks before i mess up my clears.... thanks

I originally planned on tinting my sidemarkers, but it didn't come out how I thought it would. When I sprayed the tint on, it built up on the edges and had hardly any on the middle. I ended up just spraying the tint on the markers until they were black and ended up with this...

That's another thing. Hyperwhite bulbs shine through purple, so I just took the bulbs out of all the sidemarkers. I used the Testor's window tint spray.

hrm... ic .. i hvae the vht niteshades tint spray.. but i'm sure it has the same effect...

If you plan on keeping bulbs in it and tinting the markers, you should get red and orange bulbs...
