yes it does, after 6000k the light gets duller and not as bright. 4300 is the BASE hid lighting but 6000k is the TRUE HID rating <--- most light output.

That can be argued on many points man, 4300 is actually the brightest out there as far as kalvin rating ect.. goes but as far as looks go I say 6000K but who cars, either way you look at it your still gonna have more then 2X the output of normal halogens.
