Installing a hitch

Anyone knows what kind of hitch, how much does it cost, and if it can be done by yourself? I am fed up of not being able to find a good trunk-lid mount bike rack that will not scratch my paint. Thank you

I have a Draw-tite, can hardly see it when the receivers out. $135.00 plus $75.00 install. Hauled my bike out to Sturgis SD from Massachusetts and back.
